Charles E. Choux, President/Owner/Retired/Consultant
In 1972, Mr. Choux began his elevator career working as an elevator mechanic apprentice. Upon completion of the NEIEP, he worked as an elevator mechanic for approximately twenty years prior to purchasing Century Elevator, Inc. His years of experience as a mechanic and troubleshooter allowed him to use his field and leadership experience to develop, train and supervise all Century Elevator, Inc. employees. From the beginning Mr. Choux has had a “Personal Accountability” approach to his business and customers. As part of our quality control program, Mr. Choux routinely visits Century Elevator, Inc. job sites. While on sight he surveys the elevators for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of operation. Mr. Choux is a hands-on proprietor who regularly meets with both the field personnel and Century Elevator Inc. customers.

Clarisse H. Choux, CEO/Owner
Mrs. Choux has established Century Elevator, Inc. as a market leader in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Her extensive marketing experience has contributed to the superior communication structure of Century Elevator, Inc. On a daily basis, Mrs. Choux is responsible for the critical administrative needs of Century Elevator, Inc. These items include, but are not limited to supervising office personnel, directing the accounting department, securing bonds, insurance and licenses. In addition, Mrs. Choux is active in the continued development and implementation of Century Elevator, Inc. quality assurance program and technical bid preparation.


John Botts –Field Operations Director /Owner

Mr. Botts joined the Century Elevator team in 2006 after a long and distinguished career in the elevator industry. He has thirty - two (32) years of Vertical and Horizontal Transportation experience as a journeyman mechanic, advancing to supervisory positions including but not limited to maintenance supervisor for a major company within the industry. His ownership provides a unique perspective and dedication to customer service and contract supervision relating to field management with a focus on quality of customer service.
