Since 1989, Century Elevator, Inc. (CEI) has been servicing the Greater Washington Metropolitan area to include DC, MD and VA. We are a full service vertical transportation company specializing in the maintenance, modernization, service and repair of traction and hydraulic elevators (passenger and freight), wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters, escalators and residential lifts. Service is provided 24 hours a day with a One Hour Response time for emergency calls, to include single elevator buildings and a two hour response time for non-emergency calls and service request. All calls are answered in person to expedite response, even after regular business hours and on holidays. The calls are forwarded to the supervisor on call for disposition assuring follow up and continuity of Quality Service.

Our mechanics have all completed the National Elevator Industry Educational Program (NEIEP) and successfully passed the Elevator Mechanics Examination. Every mechanic on the Century Elevator staff has an average of 10 years experience as an elevator mechanic, most have 15 to 20 years experience. In addition to the vast array of knowledge and expertise, most of Century Elevator Inc. employees have been with the company more than 10 years.
